By using our Services, you are agreeing to these Terms. All content on the Site (“Site Content”) is the property of medZERO with all rights reserved. No Site Content may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, nor reverse engineered or attempted to extract source code of our software, without medZERO prior written consent. By accessing or using our Services at www.medzero.com you are agreeing to these terms (“Terms of Service”) and must follow all policies outlined within the Services.

Modifying and Terminating our Services:

MedZERO may add or remove functionalities or features and may suspend or stop Service altogether.

You can stop using our Services at any time. MedZERO may also stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.

Services are provided using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care but there are certain things that we do not promise about our Services.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES, LIKE THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.


Liability for our Services:

WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDZERO WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES NOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF MEDZERO FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF $50.00.

IN ALL CASES MEDZERO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES THAT ARE NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.

About these Terms:

These Terms or any additional Terms may be modified as they apply to Services. We will post notice of modifications to these Terms on this page. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than 45 days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of the Service.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the additional Terms, the additional Terms will control for that conflict.

The laws of the State of Delaware, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. All claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of Delaware.
